Our events are NOT play parties, sex parties, or casual sex moments; they are SAFE events for CD, TV, TG, TS, trans, DQ, MtF, trans men, FtM, etc.

$60 for all 3 days

$50 for any 2 consecutive days

$25 for any single day

10% off for 1st time attendees

Registration is required to attend

Wrist bands will be issued upon registration

 

THE PURPOSE FOR OUR EVENTS

Oklahoma Heartland Transgender Inc is an Oklahoma based 501(C)3 nonprofit organization that supports the transgender and LGBTQ+ communities through a combination of hosting social events, providing a venue for music performances for transgender performing arts, and providing safe-space advocacy

They are also designed for the first time out tgirl, to provide them with the real life experience of being out among others like us, in a safe and affirming venue, for an extended weekend. That said, our events are not play parties or is sex part of our events

TRANSPORTATION
Rides to or from Will Rogers World Airport, Oklahoma City Amtrak Station, or the Oklahoma City Greyhound Bus Station can be arranged in advance through Uber or Lyft or taxi

The Hilton Garden Inn Oklahoma City Midtown is a pet-friendly hotel, please contact the hotel for their pet policy and please make sure to clean up after your pet

NOTES: We all want to have a fun time, so to ensure that, anyone who has too much to drink or is otherwise obviously affected by anything mind altering, or has too much drama going on will be asked to leave the party, until they recover :) It should go without saying: no drugs are allowed at the party

WHO IS INVITED TO PERFORM
All transgender musicians and transgender bands, and guest appearances by established recording artists who wish to perform. Bands and acts must have at least one transgender/t-girl/t-man member to participate. All genres of music accepted
